Grad is accountable for all aspects of finances, administration and HR, including all financial planning and analysis; all internal and external financial reporting; administration of donations; administration of expenditure; accounting for grants; payroll; and record management.
Grad joined the Foundation in 2018 and has worked in the charity sector since 2001. He has previously worked in finance roles for Mencap, Street League, ActionAid International, Christian Aid and the British Red Cross as well as being a trustee of both CARIS Islington and the Homeless FA.
Grad has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Leicester in the UK and Kent State University in the USA. He qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW in 2001.
