We are thrilled to announce the establishment of the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) in Australia, connecting Australia and New Zealand with AKF’s global development work and creating a bridge between the land Down Under and communities in need across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. 

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life, promote pluralism, and nurture self-reliance in disadvantaged and marginalised communities, with a commitment to advance agriculture and food security, foster early childhood development and quality education, improve health and nutrition, progress economic inclusion and strengthen civil society.

Funds raised will go towards early childhood development programmes like this one that provides a safe and nurturing space for children in deprived parts of Kyrgyzstan as well as other education, food security, and health-related programmes
