Kendra Schreiner
Kendra manages a portfolio of grants in East Africa and South Asia to ensure compliance and technical quality. She supports the team in establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with a variety of institutional and corporate donors. She also works with agencies across AKDN to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
Kendra joined the UK office in 2019 after spending the last year working with an LGBT human rights organisation. She brings experience in grant management, research, project management, and proposal development to the AKF (UK) Team. In 2018 Kendra completed an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics, and holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada.
